I have taken several workshops with Julie and always have a wonderful time! The seasonal workshops are a favorite! The event space is warm and inviting. Julie makes you feel like you’re right at home! Julie provides very clear and easy instructions to help everyone make something they are both happy and proud of. It’s the perfect idea for a “girls night”. I can’t wait to take my next workshop!

Julie's workshops are packed with everything you need for a fun night out. You bring the friends and maybe the wine. Julie supplies the remaining ingredients for an entertaining night while creating a beautiful piece of art to take home. Julie is a patient teacher and never makes anyone feel like they're doing a bad job. She's quick to help attendees with any issues. Julie's skills, guidance and overwhelming passion for what she does inspired me to create beautiful and unique pieces I use in my home. Whether using chalk, watercolors, stencils or other mediums, my art was original and I receive complements on them all the time.  I found Julie to be very warm and welcoming. The classes are very organized and Julie freely shares her knowledge and experience. My first workshop, I came alone but was soon swept up in the community spirit of the other participants. It was a wonderful, relaxing evening full of fun, learning and conversation.
